- Exposure: 45 and 60 min. composite @ f/4.0
- Lens: Pentax 300 mm f/4.0 EDIF
- Camera: Pentax 67
- Film: Kodak E200, pushed 1 stop
- Location: Ritter Butte, Oregon
- Date: 29-Jun-2005 @ 23:30 PDT
- Scanned by: Tony Hallas
- Notes: It was a fairly transparent night with no wind and low humidity; there's little time to photograph these southern hemisphere objects at 45°N; I had 20 minutes left of total darkness when the last exposure ended; there are numerous deep-sky objects in this wide-field image, including M8, M16, M17, M20, M22, and M24; used a combination of PixInsight LE and Photoshop.
